My Lord, my God, forgive me for my sins in the past.

Forgive me for my impure and ungodly habits in the past.

Forgive me for choosing fear over faith and trust in you.

Forgive me for being unkind to my spouse, my loved ones and others.

Forgive me for my lack of faith.

Forgive me for my weaknesses.

Forgive me for not treating my body right.

Forgive me for my impure, ungodly and angry thoughts.

Forgive me for giving in to panic, fear, anger and desperation.

Forgive me for neglecting or turning away from my responsibilities and obligations.

Forgive me for being vengeful and resentful.

Forgive me for being quick to anger and quick to take offence.

Forgive me for the habit of giving up and being discouraged easily.

Forgive me for being slow to forgive.
